Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@curtaina.us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@curtaina.us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, damaged items caused by improper installation, and items not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
